Farmers Market Table Top Ideas!

At your local farmers market all the fruits and vegetables are so beautiful and colorful. I thought it would be great to use them for  our centerpiece!

Lets use a burlap runner down the center of the table. Any fabric store will have the burlap, if the edges are unfinished don’t worry. It adds to the rustic feel.

Use all white bowls and plates; scatter them upon the burlap runner. Use candle stands to give various heights to the design. Place bright red orange tomatoes in a bowl; next lay the corn on the cob (still in the husk) tied with raffia, a bowl of radishes (with stems left on) and a medium size bowl of lemons for a nice splash of color.  You really can add any produce that catches your eye from the market.  In the center place blue hydrangeas’ from the farmers market, the color is absolutely gorgeous.  A small-galvanized metal watering can looks cute for a different take on a vase for the flowers. I got mine at the local hardware store.
