Herb and Olive Crème Fraiche Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- ¼ cup finely chopped shallots
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cups crème fraiche
- 5 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- Crudités of your choice:
- Baby carrots, peeled
- Baby zucchini, cut into 3-inch sticks
- Celery sticks
- Cucumbers
- Assorted crackers
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine, and then transfer to a serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours. Serve with an assortment of crudités, of your choice.
