Last Sunday I went to my local market and was excited to see the beginning of Spring!  The aroma, colors and textures of the fruit were so captivating that I HAD to buy a variety to enjoy. 

I always have on hand an assortment of Holiday cookies gift wrapped in cellophane and tied with a festive ribbon – perfect to take as a hostess gift or to give to friends along the way!

Over the weekend, I made a Buratta, heirloom tomato and basil flatbread to share with friends before dinner.  I paired it with our Windsor Oaks 2009 Super Tuscan, Chalk Hill wine. 

Over the holidays we had an Italian feast! Ravioli stuffed with mushrooms, gnocchi with pesto and Linguini with White Clam Sauce.

Cranberry Orange Relish with Toasted Pecans and Pear is an easy, wonderful and delicious recipe that is perfect for the Holidays!

The Silk tofu is a wonderful replacement for dairy in this Smoked Corn Soup.  The Mesquite Liquid Smoke is a nice added touch.

Grilled Corn Salad with Cherry Tomatoes and Cilantro is a perfect summer side dish for one of your dinner parties. Healthy and Delicious!!

In season, there is nothing like summer corn. I like to grill it, cut if off the cob and use it in corn salsa, relish, and salad or as a side dish.
