March 24, 2015Winter is on the way out! Time to get off that couch and head outside! This energetic green smoothie is perfect for the renewal of your lifestyle and enthusiasm! Spring is here and happiness is in full bloom!
You will need:
1 bunch of spinach leaves
1 apple
1 banana
1 pear
2 glasses of cold water
2 glasses of lemon juice
2 celery strands
Ice cubes, coriander, and parsley
Method of preparation:
Wash all fruits and vegetables
Chop and put them in blender; mix well
Add peeled fruits, water, lemon juice, and ice cubes. Mix again.
Enjoy!
