Malibu Beach Inn is located at 22878 Pacific Coast Hwy in Malibu.  Mother’s Day Brunch features a three course celebration with the season’s favorites from Homemade Lemon Curd and Blueberries Pancakes to Leg of Lamb, to Crab Cark with Celery Root Apple Slaw.

celery root apple slaw, whole grain mustard aioli

fresh spinach, goat cheese dressing, roasted pear and candied pistachio

Second Course

Homemade Pancakes

lemon curd and blueberries

Traditional Eggs Benedict

English muffin, poached eggs, Canadian bacon or smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce, CBC potatoes 

Traditional Frittata

with asparagus, tomato, mushrooms, onions and pepper

served with roasted tomato sauce and mix greens

Poached Salmon

with jumbo asparagus, frisee salad, cherry tomatoes, warm lemon thyme vinaigrette

Honey Baked Ham

served with pinapple relish, mash potato and glazed carrots

Leg of Lamb

with roasted pee wee potatoes and seasonal vegetables
