I always have on hand an assortment of Holiday cookies gift wrapped in cellophane and tied with a festive ribbon – perfect to take as a hostess gift or to give to friends along the way!

Jingle bells rock the table in an upbeat, elegant fashion! Breaking from the traditional red and green décor, this season we went with textures of silver and gold against a soft, snowy-white tablecloth. 

Carrying our “Jewels of the Season” from the tabletop to our holiday decorations we have again limited our color palette, creating a dazzling, yet calming ambiance to enjoy your holiday celebrations in! 

I attended the Trade Fair in Paris, Maison et Objet. This is an interior design show to showcase creativity in its purest state.

After attending the Maison de Objet trade show in Paris recently, I want to share another aspect of the latest color trends coming our way.

After an early and exciting start, with the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir coming in at the same time, things have slowed down a bit.

Another design project underway, is a complete renovation of a neglected estate, with so much potential.   Located in a beautiful setting of vineyards and views. 

On my latest journey, I focused my lens on the Windows of France!  The hidden secrets behind the windows – the architecture, the lighting, the people and the whimsy captured my soul!

Upon my first trip to Bordeaux, I have discovered Canelés from Bordeaux at the wonderful boutique of Baillardran. Canelés are at their best when freshly made and just cooled.
