Our 2009 Reserve Chardonnay was aged 18 months in French oak barrels giving it a rich, buttery mouth feel that pairs perfectly with the crispy Parmesan crust on the chicken.

This is a wonderful side dish for any main entrée. Along side the Crispy Parmesan Chicken it’s to die for!  Remember your Mise en Place skills , this will be a huge help .

Roasted Asparagus

I prefer the asparagus with the thick bottoms; they have a lot more flavor.  Provide you guests with a fresh, good quality Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top if they desire.
